DRAWING AND PAINTING STUDIO
An intensive summer studio program teaching skills and a variety of approaches in drawing and painting. The course suits new and more experienced students and will involve life drawing, general drawing, painting methods and techniques, and more adventurous and individually developed approaches to art making.
This course is particularly recommended for:
1. Individuals wishing to develop or add to folio preparation for entry to university degree programs in art and design.
2. those wanting a great introduction to the courses and Single Subjects here at Latrobe College in the fine art and art & design Certificate through to Diploma courses.
During the Summer Course students will work with two to three of the well known teachers from this school. It will enable them to gain invaluable insight into the different subjects that these teachers specialise in and to also guage what other courses or creative directions might interest them.
Level: suitable for those with little or no previous experience through to those with more experience.
Lecturers from: Jane Cocks, Michael Mark, David Ralph, Honor Bradbeer.

No experience is necessary. Participants are generally from a wide range of age groups and backgrounds.
